Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and registered contact details.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if applicable, you may request a return after receiving the product as per the conditions mentioned below.
Returns
A return request may be accepted in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received an incorrect product different from what was ordered.
- The product received is incomplete or has missing items, where applicable.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unused and returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all accessories/items supplied with it, wherever applicable.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Products without their original packaging.
- Customized or specially ordered products.
- Products purchased in bulk or against special quotations, unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
- Items where the return request is made after the applicable return period.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us with your Order ID, details of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by us.
